To achieve our mission we value a genuine partnership with students and parents to ensure we teach and support each student in a dynamic and personal way. The only way to help each student is to know them well and respond to their personal needs. We are fortunate enough to have a very supportive community of staff who are renowned for supporting each other and who relish the idea of supporting those people who wish to join our profession. The Universities that we deal with report regularly how comfortable our student teachers feel here and how they are often keen to stay. Many of our existing staff trained with us and have stayed for many year because they feel part of the ICC ‘Family’. We are the school of choice in the community and are heavily oversubscribed. We like to think this is because of our reputation of being a caring, respectful and inclusive school who values every member of staff and every student.
